All online ordering is safe, secure and costs nothing extra as it is via paypal. Just click on the paypal button next to the item you wish to purchase and this will link you to the paypal site. There is no need to register with paypal.

ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS AS A UK GIFT

At bracetsnbrides we are happy to post to an alternative address as a gift. Following purchase please leave a comment on the Paypal system for us or contact us via our contact's page with the new address. In addition if you would like us to include a message / complimentary card we are happy to do so. All items are supplied gift wrapped and therefore are suitable as a gift.

BESPOKE ITEMS

A time scale for bespoke items will be given following your order but is usually within 3 weeks for wedding items and only ONE WEEK for bracelets.

Please state if the order is urgent and I will do my utmost to get it to you by the required date at no extra charge.

 POSTAGE UK & Southern Ireland

Postage for all items unless stated is not extra and is via standard Royal mail.

Insured postage is £5.20. This will have already been added to some items on the website as detailed on their descriptions. If it has not already been included postage is at the buyers own risk. Complimentary recorded (signed for) delivery will be added on request, however this does not cover insurance on jewellery items.  

  ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXCLUDING TIARAS)

Many purchasers are made by overseas customers, especially from the USA and Australia. Below is a rough guide to postal rates but please contact me prior to ordering as prices of £18 or over include UK VAT, which may not be applicable to you. VAT runs at 17.5 % so this can be deducted from your order, which will help make up for the added postal costs. NB you are liable to pay any duties or taxes that your own customs has in place.

For European postage items under £10 add £0.50p

For items over £10 add £1.50 

For other International destinations add £3.00

Discount will be offered on postage for multiple items

TIARA'S
All Tiara's come boxed in a hard celebration gift box that wil keep your item safe both during postage and is a lovely way to store this treasured keepsake. item. 

      UK & Southern Ireland: Free
      Europe: Please add £5.00
      Other International destinations: Please add £8.00.

VAT

Items less than £18.00 are VAT exempt as I am based in the Channel Isles. Items £18, or over include UK VAT.
Non UK residents are responsible for the payment of any taxes or duties that may be incurred from the importation of jewellery bought through Braceletsnbrides. Channel Islanders (Guernsey, Herm, Alderney, Sark & Jersey) please email me for prices.

At Braceletsnbrides we are pleased to offer members of the below organisations discounts. The discount is not a flat rate as it will depend on the item being ordered. 

H&SSD, Guernsey, If you work for the H&SSD please email or phone me (or meet up with me in the Gloucester room for a coffee) to discuss discounts

NUT, Guernsey. If you are a teacher working in Guernsey please email or phone me to discuss discounts.

NMC discounts. If you are a member of the NMC please email me to discuss Braceletsnbrides NMC discount scheme. NB proof of membership is required.

TAMBA, If you are a member of TAMBA please check out braceletsnbrides discounts on their website.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will accept return of any item within 14 days of purchase. Goods for return must be in their original, unworn condition. A full refund or credit will be given, but postage will not be refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty. When returning goods please include your original invoice, stating on it the reason for return, and whether a replacement, refund or credit note is preferred.  

 PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you only to be able process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

We collect only the following information:
· name
· address
· phone number, only if applicable
· email address

Your details will be deleted following the processing of your order and will never be shared with any third party.

As payment is primarily through PAYPAL we are not in receipt of any bank or  financial information other than that directly related to your purchase.
